Beautiful Grounds and Location

We had a wonderful family stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, which fit our large family perfectly. It was lovely to enjoy the beautiful gardens and take a stroll around the lake, even with our beloved pet in tow. Breakfast was delicious, and we particularly loved the lovely floral arrangements in the foyer.

In my wife’s opinion, the pool hours were a bit limited for families. It would have been great if it was open later in the evening for the kids to splash around after a long day exploring.

We stayed for 1 night in a Superior Double Room. The place looks great, but service was hit or miss. Had a funny moment when I asked for peppermint tea and was charged for it! The breakfast was really good though, nice choices. Just wish it felt a bit more welcoming overall.

the oatlands has a lovely atmosphere. the aragon treatment rooms offer a fantastic sense of wellbeing. the staff, especially chris, sebastien, hassan, and mahmoud, were incredibly attentive and professional. our room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view, overall a cozy stay.
